Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care and basic nursing interventions
Administer medications and treatments per facility policies
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly
Collaborate with the care team to create and follow care plans
Support patient comfort and safety during your shift
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Active LPN license (eligible to practice in Georgia)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
Comfortable with clinical tasks such as medication administration and wound care
Able to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Professional, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills

Education

LPN certificate or diploma
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and infection control practices
Electronic medical record (EMR) charting familiarity
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication
