Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
Support care planning by communicating observations and participating in rounds
Assist with daily living needs while promoting patient dignity and independence
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and handoffs

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused attitude
Ability to pass background checks and required facility screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic nursing assessments and vital signs monitoring
Knowledgeable in medication administration and documentation best practices
Comfortable using electronic medical records and point-of-care documentation
Proficient in time management and prioritizing patient care tasks
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
