Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and document accurately in the patient chart
Monitor patient status, report changes to RN/MD, and assist with care plans
Perform wound care, vital signs, and other clinical tasks with attention to detail
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care and work as part of a team
Basic computer/EMR skills and strong documentation habits
Immunizations and health screenings per facility policy

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate from an accredited program
Completion of clinical training required for LPN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Good communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during an 8-hour shift
Comfort using electronic medical records and basic clinical technology
