Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents with professionalism and heart
Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to policy
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions clearly and promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
Educate residents and families about care plans and medications
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records to ensure continuity of care
Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Current LPN license (practical nursing) — Pennsylvania licensure preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Resident assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation
Comfortable using electronic health records and charting
Infection control and safety best practices
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
Compassionate patient- and family-centered care
