Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care throughout your shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and document thoroughly
Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes
Assist patients with activities of daily living and promote independence
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Maintain accurate patient records and electronic charting with attention to detail
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Participate in patient education and support discharge planning

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania) required
BLS/CPR certification required (or must obtain upon hire)
Demonstrated clinical skills in medication administration and patient assessment
Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and patient-focused
Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Wound care basics and ADL assistance
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Infection control and safety procedures
Effective communication and teamwork
