Location: Mount Olive, NC

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (day)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Document patient care, vital signs, and interventions clearly in the chart
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and providers to deliver coordinated care
Support patient comfort, education, and discharge planning when appropriate

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure (state license required or eligible to obtain)
Valid BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Proof of required immunizations and background checks as per facility policy

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and basic nursing interventions
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
