Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
Perform routine patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
Document patient care clearly and promptly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families about care plans and self-care needs
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to ensure a safe environment
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and maintain a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by the facility
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
Comfort using electronic health record systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
