Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
Monitor and record vital signs, changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out patient care plans
Assist with wound care, ADLs, and other clinical procedures within LPN scope
Maintain clear, timely charting in the facility’s medical record system

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working 12-plus hour shifts and adapting to per-diem scheduling
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Prior clinical experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or equivalent vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Accurate vital sign assessment and clinical observation
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Patient-centered communication and family liaison skills
Time management and prioritization in fast-paced clinical settings
