Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem (varies), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in resident areas
Support individualized care plans and document observations accurately
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (VT or NH acceptable)
Comfortable working overnight shifts and adaptable to per diem scheduling
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and any facility onboarding requirements
BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an LNA training program and certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe patient handling
Familiarity with infection prevention and standard precautions
Understanding of patient confidentiality and respectful, dignified care
Good observational skills and accurate documentation habits
Teamwork and clear communication with nurses and care staff
