Shift Type: Rotating schedule including possible weekends; Day shift 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (primary day shift); potential rotation to evening and night shifts; possible weekend shifts and on-call coverage (~12 hours/month)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging across a wide variety of patient populations, including neuro, MSK, body, pediatric and cardiac studies
• Execute invasive CT procedures and support ED trauma and stroke imaging needs with speed and clinical accuracy
• Operate and maintain GE systems (Optima, EVO, Revolution) and Medrad injectors while adhering to safety protocols
• Use Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS to document exams, ensure image integrity, and communicate findings with the care team
• Perform venipuncture and contrast administration following institutional policies and patient safety standards
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and ancillary staff to optimize patient flow and care
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts, maintain accurate records, and support unit standards and infection control practices

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Demonstrated CT imaging experience — including diagnostic and invasive procedures (ED trauma and stroke imaging strongly preferred)
• Comfortable with pediatric, cardiac, neuro, MSK and body imaging studies
• Experience with GE CT platforms (Optima, EVO, Revolution) and Medrad injectors preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS is a plus
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed; team player who can also work independently

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven CT imaging skills and protocols (diagnostic and invasive)
• Operation of GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution CT scanners
• Experience with Medrad injectors and contrast administration
• Competence with Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS workflow
• Clinical knowledge in neuro, MSK, body, cardiac and pediatric imaging
• Venipuncture skills and strong patient-care communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ED/trauma environment and follow stroke imaging protocols
