Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and attention to dignity
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Document care and observations in resident records in a timely manner
Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and the care team
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Comfort working overnight hours and providing hands-on resident care
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program (required for CNA credential)

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and ADL support
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection prevention and standard precautions
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Clear communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
Basic electronic or paper charting familiarity
