Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Support the care team by communicating changes in patient condition
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Participate in routine charting and documentation to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant); Pennsylvania certification preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screens
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Compassionate approach to patient care and respect for dignity
Comfort with physical tasks associated with patient handling and assistance

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and ADL support
Basic vital signs measurement and reporting
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Basic charting and electronic documentation skills
Team collaboration and effective communication with multidisciplinary staff
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
