Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
Communicate clearly with nurses, therapists and family members about patient needs
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
Document care activities timely and accurately in patient records

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check, drug screen and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork and resident dignity

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL support
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection prevention and control practices
Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
Clear oral and written communication skills
Teamwork and time management in a clinical setting
