Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance
Measure and document vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate observations to nurses
Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (state-required certification)
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient care tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous CNA experience preferred but compassionate, motivated candidates are encouraged to apply

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and ADL assistance
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear communication with patients, families, and nursing staff
Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
