Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and ambulation, promoting independence
Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients
Communicate clearly with teammates and document care accurately
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (Class: CNA) as required by state
Comfortable working the assigned 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and screenings
Willingness to complete any facility-required orientation and training

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and comfort measures
Assisting with ADLs and mobility support
Measuring and documenting vital signs accurately
Infection control and safe handling techniques
Clear, respectful communication with patients and team members
