Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients with dignity and respect
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and use proper body mechanics
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled patient environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant credential
Reliable, patient-focused, and able to follow care plans
Willingness to participate in required facility onboarding and screenings
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility immunization requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient personal care and hygiene
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
Teamwork, empathy, and professional bedside manner
