Roles & Responsibilities

• Support physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency
• Operate and optimize cath lab imaging equipment, maintaining high-quality imaging for clinical decision-making
• Prepare patients for procedures, monitor vitals, and assist with patient positioning and sterile setup
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure a well-stocked, organized procedural environment
• Respond promptly to on-call activations and provide reliable coverage during consecutive weekends when needed
• Document procedures and patient data accurately and communicate findings to the care team

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required prior to start of contract (mandatory)
• Experience working in a Cath Lab environment (hands-on cath lab experience preferred)
• Willingness to take frequent on-call shifts and work consecutive weekends as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical knowledge of cath lab workflows and procedural support
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy and cath lab imaging equipment
• Sterile technique and infection control practices
• Patient preparation, monitoring, and safe transport skills
• Good documentation practices and clear communication with multidisciplinary teams
