Shift Type: Per diem nights (days vary), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts
- Perform timely assessments and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments safely and per policy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Respond to clinical changes and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support patients and families with clear communication and empathy
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and charting
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (RN preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as applicable or preferred
- Minimum clinical experience in acute care or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently on night shifts and collaborate with team members
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
- Infection control and safety principles
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively during busy shifts
