Shift Type: Days: To be confirmed, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (overnight/night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and assess patient status, recognizing changes and escalating when needed
- Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate charts in the EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical emergencies during the shift
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
- Uphold infection control standards and facility policies to ensure safety
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Previous acute care or relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently overnight
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or LPN diploma/certificate)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation
- Basic wound care and IV/line familiarity as applicable
- Proficiency with electronic health records and charting
- Ability to prioritize and manage patient load during night shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family communication
