Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 (8-hour days); rotating call 2 days/week and 1 weekend/month
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physicians by scrubbing procedures and providing direct procedural support in the cardiac cath and interventional radiology environment
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to ensure patient safety
- Prepare and maintain the procedure room so every case runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage inventory and supplies, monitoring par levels to ensure necessary equipment is available
- Participate in departmental meetings, performance improvement initiatives, and training of new staff to help the team grow
- Assist with both invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures, contributing to excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and use electronic systems with confidence
Qualifications
- ARRT-R certification and state licensure as required
- BCLS (AHA)/BLS required upon hire and must be maintained
- ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- VI (Vascular Interventional Technologist) credential preferred
- Previous experience in an Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab preferred
- Proficient computer skills and comfort with electronic documentation
- Ability to pass required health screenings, drug testing, and license verification
Education
- ARRT-R certification and state licensure as required
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with interventional and cath lab radiology workflows and instrumentation
- Skilled at scrubbing procedures and maintaining sterile technique
- Ability to monitor and interpret physiologic and hemodynamic data
- Procedure room setup and turnover expertise
- Inventory and supply management experience
- Familiarity with DCI/BVP equipment and related certifications
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
