Shift Type: Per diem; Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (variable days as scheduled) and Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (variable days as scheduled). 12-hour per diem shifts, day or night availability

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Med-Surg and telemetry patient care using EPIC for documentation
- Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and respond to telemetry changes promptly
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education with safety and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Complete required competency exams, skills checklists, and documentation accurately
- Maintain required immunizations, screenings, and health paperwork to meet facility standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license eligible for verification via Nursys
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; Med-Surg and Telemetry experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- DCI/BVP certification as listed by the facility
- Comfortable with EPIC electronic health record system
- Successful completion of Prime rhythm interpretation screening and competency exams
- Compliant with facility health requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, TB testing, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, fit testing, and drug screening
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
- Solid Med-Surg assessment and clinical judgment
- Proficiency with EPIC for documentation and order management
- Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Competency in core nursing skills validated by Prime skills checklists
