Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (specific days to be confirmed; open per-diem schedule)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms vigilantly to detect changes early
- Assess and prioritize critically ill patients, initiating appropriate interventions
- Respond rapidly to codes and emergency situations using ACLS protocols
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely, accurately, and on time
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly and promptly
- Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge needs
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety on every shift
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nursys enrollment/verification required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- DCI/BVP credential as listed in order requirements
- Experience in telemetry monitoring and critical care nursing preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to per-diem scheduling
- Ability to pass Prime competency exams and skills checklist
- Completion of required health screenings and immunizations (drug screen, TB test/PPD, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, physical/health statement, fit test, color-blind test as required)

- Telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythm recognition
- Critical care assessment and prioritization
- Acute patient monitoring and early recognition of deterioration
- Proficient medication administration and IV therapy skills
- Strong clinical documentation and handoff communication
- Infection prevention and workplace safety practices
- Team collaboration and patient/family-centered communication
