Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support departmental operations to keep patient care flowing smoothly
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure efficient resource use
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and billing
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and questions
• Support compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance patient experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (as stated in the posting)
• Valid state licensure or certification in your allied discipline, or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or the ability to obtain it promptly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certificate or associate degree in allied health preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with hospital operations and allied health workflows
• Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation systems
• Basic understanding of billing, coding, or cost-center processes
• Problem solving and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
• Professional, patient-centered communication style
