Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and apply it to daily practice
• Maintain and verify licenses and certifications as required by the facility
• Participate in required health screenings and immunization compliance
• Perform and document respirator fit testing and other safety checks
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality care and positive outcomes
• Accurately document clinical care, assessments, and any changes in resident condition

Qualifications

• BLS certification required
• License/Certificate Verification required prior to start (facility will verify credentials)
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing as part of onboarding
• Current health clearances: fit test, TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA), required immunizations or medical exemptions
• Experience in long-term care or similar clinical setting is a plus
• Comfort with facility-specific screening and testing processes (Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, respirator evaluation, color vision checks)

Education

• Nursing education or equivalent clinical training appropriate for the licensed role (ADN/BSN or relevant diploma preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Familiarity with infection control practices and immunization requirements
• Ability to complete and apply Trinity specialty competency testing
• Experience with respirator fit testing and basic occupational health screenings
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a resident-focused environment
• Attention to detail for license verification and credential maintenance
