Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
Assist surgeons during procedures to ensure smooth operations
Maintain sterile fields to protect patient safety
Anticipate needs and support the surgical team seamlessly
Contribute to outstanding patient outcomes every shift

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST preferred)
Current BLS certification
Experience in surgical settings a plus
Ready to jump into per diem action

Education

Completion of accredited surgical technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
Strong knowledge of operating room protocols
Quick thinking and attention to detail under pressure
Team player with excellent communication skills
