Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, leading the care team to ensure residents receive the highest quality of life
Administer medications accurately and safely, managing complex medication regimens
Perform wound care and treatments, promoting healing and comfort
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate effectively with physicians and families

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
