Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; includes every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents with CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
Administer medications and treatments as directed, with minimal IV involvement
Collaborate with a supportive team in a home-like work environment
Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR
Ensure resident safety and comfort while upholding strong work ethics

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Minnesota
Current BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Must pass background check and comply with facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PointClickCare electronic medical records
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend/holiday
Compassionate approach to resident care
