Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the nursing process
Provide primary nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards
Utilize Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis, and bedside fetal monitor
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt to fast-paced LDRP unit with 4 LDRP and 5 Nursery rooms

Qualifications

Active Alaska State RN license
Minimum 2 years recent LDRP experience
Current BLS certification
Current NRP certification
STABLE certification required

Knowledge & Skills

LDRP nursing
Meditech and OBIX proficiency
Pyxis supply stations
Bedside fetal monitoring
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and teamwork
