Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating; every other weekend and major holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge as the lead nurse on shift, overseeing resident care
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care treatments following best practices
Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality long-term care
Document resident status in Matrix EMR system

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Current BLS certification
Long-term care experience is a must-have
Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in geriatric and chronic disease management
Comfortable with EMR systems (Matrix preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Wound care proficiency
