Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using state-of-the-art Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAM equipment
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and position patients for optimal imaging
Ensure radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
Adhere to infection control policies, including fingernail regulations for patient safety

Qualifications

Must hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Active Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) certification required
PET experience is a must for this role
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days for extension
Valid driver's license needed at submittal to confirm 50-mile radius eligibility

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of nuclear medicine physics and imaging techniques
Proficiency with PET/CT and gamma camera systems
Excellent patient communication and positioning skills
Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
