Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM mid-shift, 40 hrs/wk with on call/Call back required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile operating fields to ensure patient safety
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures with precision and calm
Anticipate needs in the fast-paced OR environment for seamless teamwork
Manage instruments and supplies efficiently to keep surgeries on track
Respond promptly to on-call duties, making a real difference around the clock

Qualifications

Certified Scrub Tech with OR experience
BLS certification required
DCI/BVP certification
Ready to embrace on-call and call-back responsibilities

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and OR protocols
Strong on-call responsiveness and adaptability
Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and procedures
Team player mindset in high-pressure settings
