Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed weekly, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to high-risk antepartum patients making a real difference
Monitor fetal well-being and maternal conditions with precision and expertise
Manage preterm labor and magnesium sulfate treatments saving precious moments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Deliver exceptional nursing care in a newly renovated unit

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license required, no temp licenses
2+ years hospital experience in high-risk obstetrics
BLS, NRP, and Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications
Experience with high acuity patients welcomed

Education

RN licensure with relevant obstetrics experience

Knowledge & Skills

High-risk obstetrical care in Labor & Delivery or Antepartum
Magnesium sulfate and preterm labor management
Meditech and CPIN documentation systems
Fetal monitoring proficiency
Patient ratios of 1:5 in a 19-bed unit
