Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to progressive care unit patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families to empower them on their health journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of PCU or similar nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready for travel assignments with a positive attitude

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in patient monitoring and electronic health records
Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
