Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care during overnight shifts
Perform vital signs monitoring, personal care, and ADL assistance
Communicate clearly with nursing staff and families about patient needs
Document care accurately and timely in patient records
Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
Respond promptly to patient calls and emergent situations

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Recent experience working night shifts or per-diem clinical roles preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or able to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
Ability to pass background check and drug screening per facility policy

Education

High school diploma or GED; active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Comfort with overnight/night shift responsibilities
Basic clinical assessment and documentation skills
Teamwork and ability to follow care plans and direction from RNs
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Compassionate bedside manner and respect for patient dignity
