Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 0645-1915 and 1845-0715, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert obstetric and neonatal care in a dynamic LDRP unit
Interpret fetal monitoring strips and manage high-risk pregnancies
Administer and titrate critical medications like Pitocin and magnesium
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safe deliveries and couplet care
Float to Medsurg and ER as needed, showcasing your versatility
Maintain quality metrics and adapt to changing patient needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE strongly preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent LDRP experience required
Previous travel experience highly valued
Ability to read and interpret fetal heart strips independently
Comfortable floating to Medsurg and ER when needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in fetal monitoring and interpretation
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Meditech EMR and Philips telemetry
Knowledge of AWHONN guidelines and patient safety protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
