Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification required
North Dakota state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy
Ability to handle a diverse caseload including acute rehab and skilled nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records
