Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, variable 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a team of PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive care
Accurately document patient evaluations, progress, and outcomes using EMR
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certification
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Vestibular and BPPV management
Geriatric patient care
Treatment planning and clinical documentation
Team collaboration and communication
