Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing resident care and coordinating with the care team
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care treatments and monitor healing progress
Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, dementia, and other conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT and social workers as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state (NLC)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
Must pass background check and meet facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration expertise
Wound care proficiency
Charge nurse leadership skills
Familiarity with Matrix EMR
Compassionate communication with residents and families
