Location: Bryan, Texas

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with on-call responsibilities; on-call rotation one week at a time (Mon-Fri 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sat-Sun 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM); float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Float between College Station and Bryan campuses as assigned
Participate in on-call rotation covering evenings and weekends
Precept and mentor new technologists when needed
Maintain accurate patient records and scan documentation

Qualifications

Valid Texas state license as an MRI Technologist
ARRT certification in MRI or equivalent
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
Ability to work independently and handle on-call duties
Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of MRI safety protocols and contraindications
Proficient in operating MRI equipment and optimizing scan parameters
Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and high-volume environments
Basic life support (BLS) certification
