Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible block scheduling; every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for acute care patients
Facilitate early mobilization to improve patient outcomes
Assess mobility status and develop discharge plans for home or rehab
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including COTAs and nursing
Provide treatment for patients with CVA, neuropathy, general weakness, and orthopedic conditions
Cover Medical/Surgical, Intermediate Care, and ICU units

Qualifications

Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in acute inpatient care (Medical/Surgical, ICU, IMC)
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
Strong evaluation and discharge planning skills
