Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call rotations

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments, ensuring high-quality patient care
Pre-procedure preparation, recovery, and bedside procedure support in the Cath Lab
Administer moderate sedation and monitor patients during procedures
Foster a positive team culture and enhance nursing competency
Manage staffing, patient assignments, and department operations

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Minimum 1 year of management experience and 3 years RN experience
At least 1 year of clinical leadership experience
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required (CNO may consider partial)
Fluoro license for technical staff preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care and telemetry skills
Proficiency in managing titratable drips like vasoactive drugs, heparin, propofol, and insulin
Experience with CRRT, vent management, and moderate sedation
Leadership abilities to build and mentor a team
