Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care through expert assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Coordinate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes
Guide OR technicians and staff to maintain top nursing standards and smooth patient flow
Foster continuous quality care across departments while upholding hospital policies
Participate in performance improvement and serve as a go-to resource for your team
Embrace on-call duties to support 24/7 patient needs

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Minimum 1 year perioperative experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA
Pre/Post Op experience required
CNOR certification preferred
EPIC EMR proficiency a plus

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Perioperative nursing expertise
Pre and Post Op patient management
Team coordination in fast-paced OR environments
EPIC electronic medical records system
