Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate families and support healing journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Compassionate demeanor for working with kids and families

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for pediatric patients
Medication administration expertise
Effective communication with children and parents
Team collaboration in fast-paced med/surg setting
