Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during critical moments
Oversee patient care ensuring every tiny patient thrives
Mentor fellow nurses fostering a supportive and skilled unit
Coordinate seamless shifts for optimal newborn outcomes
Champion safety and excellence in the high-stakes world of neonatal care

Qualifications

Active RN license in hand
Solid NICU experience with proven leadership chops
BLS certification
DCI/BVP credentials

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert NICU nursing prowess
Strong leadership and team coordination
Neonatal assessment and intervention skills
Crisis management in high-pressure environments
