Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient conditions closely
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Document patient care clearly and promptly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, effective care
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and emergencies with calm leadership
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and recovery

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (RN) in good standing — required
• Comfortable working 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM night shifts and providing hands-on patient care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred — we can help with guidance if needed
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in patient assessment and bedside nursing skills
• Medication administration and infusion management
• Accurate documentation and charting in electronic health records
• Ability to prioritize, triage, and manage multiple patients effectively
• Collaborative approach to working with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams
