Registered Nurse - MS/Tele/PCU Float Pool
Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Float between MedSurg Tele and PCU units providing exceptional patient care
- Manage titratable drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to patient needs across multiple units
- Care for post-cardiac cath, post-MI, and CABG patients on day 3-4 recovery
- Collaborate with charge nurses and nursing assistants to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient populations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of PCU experience
- Strong dysrhythmia interpretation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple titratable drips
Knowledge & Skills
- Dysrhythmia interpretation and cardiac monitoring
- Titratable drip management across multiple medications
- Post-procedural care including groin site management
- BiPAP, CPAP, and heated high-flow oxygen experience
- Flexibility to float between MedSurg Tele and PCU settings
