Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends, per unit needs

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide emergency care to patients of all ages
Perform triage and assessments in a Level 1 Trauma center
Administer medications and life-saving treatments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary trauma team
Maintain sterile field during critical procedures
Float between multiple ER facilities within the system

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
Minimum 2 years ER experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Trauma Level 1 experience essential (6+ months)
Must pass DYS exam prior to acceptance
No facial piercings and natural hair color required
Clean shaven for fit test (male applicants)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Foley catheter insertion
Central line dressing changes
Port-a-cath insertion
Sterile field maintenance
Cerner EMR experience
Telemetry monitoring
Trauma nursing expertise
