Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with orthopedic and general conditions in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide patient education and home exercise programs to promote recovery and prevent re-injury
Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes in compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
BLS certification required
Outpatient experience preferred; acute inpatient experience helpful
New graduates welcome to apply

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
Outpatient therapy principles and patient care best practices
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
