Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients in psychiatric crisis
- Coordinate 5150 evaluations and involuntary holds in accordance with California regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge plans
- Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Advocate for patient rights and link to appropriate community resources
Qualifications
- Hold a valid California LCSW license
- Are BLS certified
- Have current 5150 certification in California
- Have prior experience working with Dignity Health or CHI facilities in California
- Minimum 1 year of psychiatric social work experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Psychosocial assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of 5150 procedures and mental health laws
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
