Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holidays required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, and other medical-surgical telemetry conditions
- Monitor telemetry strips and interpret ECG rhythms
- Collaborate with charge nurses, house supervisors, and nurse educators
- Work alongside PCTs to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Float to all med/surg units as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas
- Great communication and time management skills
- Experience with telemetry and ECG interpretation
- Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips
- BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and ECG interpretation
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Time management and prioritization
- Familiarity with CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
